This policy explains what XCurve collects through this website, why, and what your options are. It is written to be read rather than to be comprehensive for its own sake.
If you submit an access request, we collect the email address you enter and the date of the request. That is the only personal information this site asks you for.
The signal explorer runs entirely in your browser. Filtering a niche or opening a brief does not transmit your activity to us and is not recorded against you.
Email addresses submitted through the access form are used for one purpose: to contact you about availability of paid accounts. They are not used for unrelated marketing.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
This site is served as static files through a commercial hosting provider, which may process standard server request data such as IP address and user agent for delivery and security.
Typefaces are loaded from a third-party font service, which means your browser makes a request to that service when the page loads.
Access request emails are retained until live accounts open and the request has been actioned, or until you ask us to delete the record, whichever comes first.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to onyeka.ofoegbu@xcurve.co and we will action it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
This site is operated by XCurve, founded and run by Onyeka Ofoegbu. Privacy questions can be sent to onyeka.ofoegbu@xcurve.co.
